When making your reservation, you have 24 hours to submit payment and to have your HYEX Token ($HYEX) reservation approved. All reservations that do not get approved within the 24 hour time frame will be automatically canceled. All HYEX Tokens ($HYEX) purchased during the Seed Sale and the Presale are final. There are no refunds. By submitting your payment, you agree to these terms and conditions and agree to the vesting schedule we have listed on our HYEX Token Distribution page.

30% of what is raised from the Seed Sale and Presale goes towards continuing development, marketing and CEX listing fees.
